Here are two ways that you can check previous evictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Going Through a Third-Party<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a number of services out there that include previous eviction checks as part of their tenant screening services. A screening service can do a national eviction search thoroughly and effectively. You can start by checking your state\u2019s website and search their full name in order to gain their records. In some states, full cases can\u2019t always be viewed but you can still get a high-level briefing to ensure that you\u2019re making the right decision.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some cases, landlords try to wrongfully evict a tenant, this would still cause an eviction case to be present in the person\u2019s history. While checking eviction records, it\u2019s essential that you consider this.
